ERROR PREVENTION

Our objective is production of the highest quality with zero defects (0 ppm). We work with modern, high quality tools, such as QRQC, 5 WHY and continuously improve our organisation via the QMS and EMS systems as part of analysing the cause of errors.

PROCESS ORIENTATION FOR SYSTEMATIC MONITORING OF SUCCESS

We monitor all of the important processes in accordance with the SMART definition for key process indicators. The objective is to achieve a permanent improvement of all processes (PDCA system).

SUPPLIER RELATIONS

We maintain a long-term, trustworthy and constructive partnership with our suppliers and service providers. We expect a high level of service, open communication and an innovative capacity as part of the joint development process.

In order to meet our responsibility for current and future generations, environmental protection, occupational safety and healthcare are an essential component of our corporate policy, meaning that we comply with all applicable statutory and other requirements, which are demanded of us.

We are committed towards continuous improvement, and towards the efficient use of existing resources, and by doing so make a significant contribution towards avoiding and preventing any damage to the environment.
